RISTORANTE ZAFFERANO

In the summer we will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner only on the outdoor veranda and in the garden of the Hotel Vannucci and Ristorante Zafferano.

The spacing between one table and another will be more than one meter.

The f&b staff use masks and sanitize their hands with alcoholic gel frequently.

Guests must wear the mask whenever they are not seated at the table (eg to go to the bathroom or pay at the cashier).

There will be masks available if guests do not have it with them.

Gel with a 60-85% alcohol concentration is available to guests for hand hygiene both at the restaurant entrance and in the bathrooms.

The f&b manager will manage the entry and exit of guests avoiding that there are occasions when the distance may not be kept.

The Zafferano restaurant is ventilated by opening the doors during the day.

Guests who want to go to the bathroom will be accompanied by the staff who will proceed to cleaning and sanitizing each time.

Guests will be welcomed at the hotel entrance by the person on duty at the reception or by the room manager, who will check the reservation and notify colleagues of the client’s arrival.

The list of reservations with name and telephone number will be kept for a period of 30 days, in compliance with the privacy legislation.

All the material used such as crockery, tablecloths and glasses will be previously washed at high temperatures and sanitized.
