Ristorante Zafferano features gourmet Umbrian/Tuscan cuisine meticulously prepared from the finest of local ingredients. The menu is complemented by an impressive selection of some 400 wines brought up from Hotel Vannucci’s brick-domed cellar. These wines represent the finest Italian wine producers, including small producers difficult or impossible to find abroad, as well as a selection of premier wines from around the world. Throughout the year, Zafferano presents special menus to celebrate holidays, the season’s finest produce and/or wines.
